  • Craft a new concept for an Orca Protection Zone for Federal Government consideration;
  • Conduct additional analysis into the status of the Puget Sound Orca, especially concerning the health of the breeding adults of J, K, and L pods;
  • Build a Coalition for the West Side WPZ – groups and individuals dedicated to making the WPZ a reality; and
  • Work with the Washington Congressional Delegation to ensure that legislative and regulatory opportunities are explored and requirements fulfilled.
